The story of AccoNova HRMS began with a clear realization: traditional HR and payroll software in India were either overly complex enterprise tools or rigid, error-prone spreadsheets that failed to address local compliance and field workforce realities.
To address these operational bottlenecks, Founder Ajay Kumar Thakur drew on his experience across accounts, statutory compliance, and cloud software engineering to build a dedicated system.
