Yes. The Shift Command Center allows HR to define shifts with distinct start/end working hours. Managers can roster shifts weekly using a dynamic grid view. The attendance system auto-detects the assigned shift for each date.
Where are employee photos and KYC documents stored?
All employee KYC uploads, attendance selfies, and expense receipts are stored securely on Backblaze B2 cloud storage. We use temporary pre-signed, secure URLs to prevent unauthorized document sharing.
How does the anti-fraud punch verification system work?
The attendance system checks GPS coordinates using the Haversine formula against your office's geo-fence. It detects fake GPS locations, binds employees to a single device to prevent proxy punches, and captures a selfie.
Can we configure state-specific taxes?
Yes. AccoNova seeds statutory slabs for Indian states, automatically calculating EPF, ESIC, and state-specific Professional Tax (PT) during payroll generation.
