Delivery & SaaS Activation Policy
Terms governing the electronic delivery of SaaS licenses and access permissions.
1. Digital Delivery & Workspace Activation
AccoNova is a 100% digital cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application. Upon successful completion of subscription payments, workspace credentials and dashboard access are activated immediately. Your administrative credentials are sent to your registered email address automatically.
2. Absence of Physical Goods Shipments
Because AccoNova is fully cloud-based, there are no physical media, packages, installation CDs, or biometric hardware devices (like fingerprint scanners) shipped to your business location.
Attendance tracking is conducted using employee mobile devices (GPS location and selfie validation) and web logins. All software updates are deployed automatically in the cloud with no manual installations required.
3. Enterprise Setup & Provisioning Assistance
While setup is self-service and zero-config, enterprise organizations requiring bulk employee importing, custom shift integration, and historical payroll migration can request setup assistance. Assisted setups are completed within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving correct data sheets.
4. Digital Software Updates & Downtime Windows
Feature updates, security patches, and regulatory tax slab adjustments are delivered automatically over the cloud. Maintenance releases are planned weekly during low-traffic windows (Sundays 12:00 AM - 4:00 AM IST) and do not require user-side software installations.
5. Workspace De-provisioning & Data Export Rules
If a subscription expires, access to the active panel is suspended. However, we preserve your organization's data, payroll summaries, and attendance logs for thirty (30) calendar days to allow you to request data exports in Excel/CSV formats.
After 30 days, expired databases are permanently and securely deleted from our cloud servers in compliance with the DPDP Act 2023.
