Acceptable Use Policy

SaaS subscription credentials must not be shared. Every employee and administrator must use a unique profile. You must not attempt to log into workspaces belonging to other corporate subscribers.

Administrators are required to deactivate access profiles for terminated employees within 24 hours of their release date.

AccoNova utilizes GPS geofencing and camera selfies to ensure compliance. The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension:

• Using Android Developer settings, mock location services, or GPS spoofing applications to log false coordinates.
• Using pre-recorded photos, mockups, printouts, or digital displays of faces during the selfie validation punch.
• Altering mobile operating system files (rooting/jailbreaking) to bypass regional security telemetry checks.

To ensure performance for all subscribers, AccoNova enforces a rate limit of one hundred (100) API requests per minute per IP address. Exceeding this limit will trigger temporary automated IP blocks.

You must not execute automated scrapers, database scraping tools, or load-testing scripts against our production instances without obtaining prior written authorization from our operations team.

Commercial harvesting of salary structures, database schemes, or front-end widgets on AccoNova is strictly prohibited. You may not host public mirrors or copy the user interface elements.

Any attempt to reverse engineer the proprietary payroll calculations engine or decompile our Android/iOS application packages will result in immediate legal action.

We actively monitor system logs to prevent malicious activities. If our security filters identify a profile bypassing security features (e.g. spoofing GPS location or executing automated scripts), we reserve the right to warn the workspace administrator or suspend the offending profile immediately.

Severe breaches of platform safety will result in termination of the entire organization's workspace access without refunds.
