AccoNova brings employee records, attendance, leave and payroll workflows into a web-based workspace for Indian teams. This product overview replaces an earlier launch announcement while retaining the existing URL. It does not assert an unverified launch date or customer adoption count.
What the platform is intended to connect
An employee record supplies identity and work-location details. Attendance and leave requests provide inputs for review. Managers and HR approve exceptions before payroll uses the period’s agreed data. Employee self-service gives staff a place to access enabled records and raise requests.
Start with the product overview for roles and modules. The features page and pricing page explain plan-dependent availability. A list of platform capabilities does not mean every feature is enabled in the free tier.
Start with a representative workflow
Choose a redacted example that includes a new employee, an attendance correction, a leave request and a payroll adjustment. Review who can create, approve, view and export each record. Ask the demonstrator to show an exception as well as a successful path.
Current plan amounts, employee capacities and included features are available on the pricing page. Check any promotional eligibility and renewal terms at checkout.
Web and PWA access
Use a supported desktop or mobile browser. Mobile delivery is a responsive web application/PWA, not a native Android or iOS app-store product. Camera, location, network and device settings can affect attendance capture, so test the devices your team actually uses.
Review before rollout
Confirm the employee import fields, role assignments, leave rules, salary structure and statutory registrations. Reconcile a trial payroll with an approved register before using any export for filing. AccoNova does not claim that software configuration alone guarantees legal compliance or government-portal acceptance.
Use the user guide for the documented flow and contact AccoNova for a live demonstration. Security and processing enquiries should use the Security and DPA pages. Marketing illustrations are conceptual, and no public customer rating or independent statutory review is claimed.
